TOPIC: CALM UNDER PRESSURE - MASTERING STRESS AND RESILIENCE

Resilient people have the strength to stay on track in the face of stress and crisis. They can make the best out of stressful situations, learn from them, and even grow stronger through the experience. 

In today’s challenging world, resilience and stress management are key life skills. The good news: this can be trained – and it doesn’t necessarily take a lot of time! In this interactive workshop, you will discover: 

• What stress and resilience really mean – and how they are connected 

• How stress impacts your physical and mental health 

• A practical toolkit with strategies and methods to strengthen your resilience 

This workshop combines useful theory with self-reflection and group interaction. You will not only gain valuable insights but also practice hands-on techniques you can apply immediately in your daily life
