- Responsible for the implementation of requirements and processes of a digital cross-channel customer journey in software systems or services
- Design and support complex infrastructures for commerce systems or service systems
- Lead interdisciplinary staff, from techies to consultants, in teams and e-projects
- Work in research projects in the internet economy
