The archive of the University of Applied Sciences Jena contains, among other things, diploma, master's and bachelor's theses, student and personnel files as well as records from the predecessor institution (Carl Zeiss Engineering School for Scientific Instrumentation in Jena and Unterwellenborn) from the years 1948 to 1991.
Access to archival material and issuing a proof of periods of study
Access to archival material is only possible within the library and in accordance with the applicable legal deadlines.
A proof of periods of study can only be issued upon written request.
- Please fill out the application form for a Request for Issuance of the Proof of Periods of Study.
- We also require a copy of your identity card or an official identification document with your photo and address.
- Please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
