The tasks of the study organisation mainly include timetabling, semester dates, examination planning and room allocation. The coordination of rooms includes on the one hand the allocation of suitable rooms for courses - laboratories, seminar rooms, lecture halls - and on the other hand the planning of special events. In addition, rooms are also allocated to guests.
The coordination of content and scheduling is carried out in close cooperation with the examination offices and the departments. If there are changes due to short-term events, these are entered into the timetable on a daily basis and published in the change schedule.
