Central Student Advising Service

The Central Student Advising Service provides guidance to prospective students and current students on various issues related to choosing a major and progressing through their studies.

Student Registrar's Office

The Student Registrar's Office is the point of contact for prospective students and current students regarding all questions about the application process and student affairs, such as changing majors, taking a leave of absence, or withdrawing from the university.

Master Service

The university's Master Service provides advice on suitable master's programs and assists with questions regarding the application process, among other things.

International Office

International students can contact the International Office with any questions they may have. Students at the university can also find information here about studying abroad.

Career Service

The Career Service is the central point of contact for students and alumni with questions about starting a career and career development.

Startup Service

The Startup Service provides support and advice to students and staff at the University of Applied Sciences Jena on various topics related to starting a business.

Examination and Internship Offices

At the University of Applied Sciences in Jena, matters related to exams and internships are handled by two different offices. If you have any problems or need information, you can simply contact the appropriate offices.

The Thoska Office provides assistance with all matters related to the Thoska (loss of a Thoska, applying for a new Thoska).

IT Service Center

The IT Service Center provides support and advice on a variety of topics related to central IT services.

Studierendenwerk Thüringen is the point of contact for student housing, BAföG, and child care, and offers a variety of counseling services.

The university archives hold, among other things, diploma theses, master's theses, bachelor's theses, and student records.
