Central Student Advising Office

The Central Student Advising Office advises prospective students and current students on various questions related to choosing a major.

Student Registrar's Office

The Student Registrar's Office at the University of Applied Sciences Jena is the point of contact for prospective students and current students regarding all questions about the application process, enrollment, and changing majors.

Master Service

The university's Master's Service can advise you on a suitable master's program and is available to assist you with questions about the application process, among other things.

International Office

The Studierendenwerk Thüringen is the point of contact for student housing, BAföG, and child care, and offers a variety of counseling services.
