The University of Applied Sciences Jena cordially invites international students to our Welcome Evening on 14 October 2026 at the International Centre in the Haus auf der Mauer.

Registration and admission

• Registration in advance is required to attend the welcome evening.

  • Registration deadline: 7 October 2026
  • Due to space constraints, the number of participants is limited to 60.
• Admission is open from 18:00 to 18:30.
• Please bring the participation fee of 5 euros in cash. You can pay directly at the entrance to the Great Hall.

Venue

• Address: Great Hall, International Centre in the Haus auf der Mauer (Johannisplatz 26, 07743 Jena)
• You will find the entrance to the Haus auf der Mauer on the right-hand side of the street (out of town), opposite the Fritz Mitte snack bar.
• Enter the building through the green entrance gate. Then go through the small inner courtyard into the house opposite and take the stairs on the right to the 1^st floor.

Photography and filming

• Photos and films will be taken during the Welcome Evening. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please let us know at the entrance to the Great Hall.
• The recordings will be used for a press article and an Instagram post on the channel EAH Jena Studium & Beratung (@eahjena.beratung).
