We currently have around 4,550 young people studying inbachelor's and master's degree programmes in the fields of technology, business, social affairs and health. Not so small at all! The Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences (EAH) Jena was founded in 1991 as the University of Applied Sciences Jena and was thus one of the first in the new federal states. For some years now, it has been not only Thuringia's largest, but also its most research-intensive university of applied sciences. Nevertheless, everything is close together here. The campus is built in such a way that it is easy to change rooms on foot. The five buildings of the university are partly connected with each other and can also be walked through in this way.
