Coaching and Leadership
Master of Arts, career-integrated studies
Duration of studies: 4 semesters
Degree: Upon successful completion of the programme, the Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences Jena awards the internationally recognised academic degree "Master of Arts" (M.A.). At the same time, this creates the basis for activities in the higher civil service and for a further academic career (doctorate) for graduates of the programme.
Start of studies: The Master's programme in Coaching and Leadership, for which a fee is charged, starts every two years in the summer semester.
