Welcome Evening for International Students
16 October 2025 | 6 – 10 pm | International Centre at Haus auf der Mauer
The University of Applied Sciences Jena cordially invites international students to our Welcome Evening on 16 October 2025 at the International Centre in the Haus auf der Mauer. The following programme items are planned:

| 6.30 pm | Stage programme in the Great Hall Welcome, music and dance |
| 7.30 pm | Buffet and get-together |
Venue: International Centre in the Haus auf der Mauer (Johannisplatz 26, 07743 Jena). The International Centre is a meeting place for German and international students and is home to numerous international organisations and associations.
Participation fee: 5 € (payment in cash at the entrance)
Registration: Participation in the Welcome Evening is only possible after prior registration. The registration deadline is 12 October 2025 and the number of participants is limited to 60 people for reasons of space. Places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received.
