What is the structure of the programme?

As a Business Information Systems specialist, you move with equal confidence in the worlds of business administration and computer science. You will learn to understand business processes, evaluate technological capabilities, and use this knowledge to develop high-performance information systems for companies.

In addition to economics and business administration courses, as well as core computer science, the curriculum includes a wide range of specialized Business Information Systems modules. These prepare you specifically for the diverse professional fields in the industry. The curriculum is supplemented by mathematics, statistics, and law as crucial foundations for making well-informed decisions in business and IT.

From the very beginning, you will work hands-on with modern information systems and current software technologies. How does the application process work?

Application period 15.05. to 30.09.
1. Registration

Register on the Campusportal.
Important: Only register once, even if you wish to apply for several degree programmes. If you apply for a degree programme with open admission, your place is guaranteed. You can therefore only apply for and enrol in one degree programme with open admission.

2. Add and submit application form

Select your desired degree and course of study and enter all the necessary information in the campus portal. If necessary, upload the requested supporting documents.
Once you have submitted your application electronically, you will be automatically redirected to the online enrolment page.

3. Apply for enrolment

Then apply for online enrolment in the Campusportal by entering all the necessary data. You will then find your enrolment application as a PDF file on the campus portal.

4. Send the enrolment application

Print out the enrolment application form, sign it and send it by post, together with all the required documents, to the address on the form.

5. Done – Welcome to our university!

Once we have received and checked your documents, you will be enrolled and will receive a starter pack with your THOSKA card by post from the Student Registrar's Office.
