International Symposium on Sustainable Development

Examples, perspectives and solutions for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

30 years EAH Jena – we will start our celebrations on 14 and 15 October with an "International Symposium on Sustainable Development" in the auditorium of the Ernst-Abbe-University Jena.

The event is being organised in a hybrid format by the departments of industrial engineering, business administration and medical technology and biotechnology as part of the DAAD-funded project "EAH.International: University Collaboration in the Context of Sustainable Development".

Scientists from our project partners in Ecuador, Peru, Indonesia and Vietnam, as well as representatives from business and society, will present in their lectures opportunities and examples for achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals

The presentations will be held in English.

Participation is free of charge.

The 3G rule applies during the event. Please bring your identity card as well as proof of vaccination / recovery certificate / proof of test (rapid antigen test) for presentation. If you have cold or flu-like symptoms on the day, please refrain from attending.
