Rescue and Emergency Care (B.Sc.)

  • General higher education entrance qualification, subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification
  • Did you complete your school or university education abroad? Please note the admission requirements for studying in Germany
  • You don't have a higher education entrance qualification but you have work experience? Find out about studying without High School Diploma.
  • You must submit an extended certificate of good conduct and a medical certificate for work to University of Applied Sciences Jena.

1. registration hochschulstart.de

First, register at www.hochschulstart.de. There you will receive a BID (applicant identification number) and a BAN (applicant authentication number).

2. registration campusportal.eah-jena.de

Register in the Campusportal using your BID and BAN.
Important: Only register once, even if you want to apply for several degree programmes.

3. add application form and enter data electronically (upload supporting documents if necessary)

Select your desired degree programme and enter all the necessary information in the Campusportal. Upload the required documents and submit your application by the deadline of 15 July at midnight.
If you are applying for several degree programmes, prioritise your applications on hochschulstart.de, as this is decisive for admission.

5. process of study place allocation

We carry out the allocation procedure based on the information you provide and send the rankings to Hochschulstart. If you have achieved a high ranking, you will receive an offer of admission. If you have submitted multiple applications, you may receive multiple offers. You decide via Hochschulstart whether to accept an offer. The letter of admission will tell you the deadline for sending in the necessary documents. 

6. apply for enrollment digitally

Apply for online enrolment on the campus portal by entering all the necessary information. You will then find your enrolment application there as a PDF file.

7. send enrollment application along with documents by mail

Print out the enrolment application, sign it and send it to us by post in good time, together with all the required documents (see letter of admission).

7. Done – welcome to our university!

As soon as we have received and checked your documents, you will be enrolled and will receive a starter pack with your THOSKA by post from the Student Registrar's Office.
