Changes to personal information

I've moved. Where do I update my address?

You can easily update your contact information yourself in the Student Services section of the Campusportal under "Contact Information."

Where can I update my other personal information?

Please notify our University of Applied Sciences Jena promptly of any changes to your personal information (e.g., name change, change of citizenship, or change of gender).

To do so, please fill out the change notification form, attach the required supporting documents, and send the documents to the Student Registrar's Office.

Once the requested change has been entered by the Student Registrar's Office, you can apply for a new Thoska at the Thoska office. There is no charge for this.
