Introduction to Arduino Microcontrollers (Workshop)

Programming a microcontroller is easy! In this workshop, we will take first steps with Arduino. You will get hands-on experience on simple microcontroller applications.

Arduino is a great platform for prototyping. You will learn how to implement simple control logic and state displays. This may serve as a good start for putting a microcontroler at work in your own project.

The workshop will also provide you with a brief overview of different microcontroller families and what they are good for. This will help you to switch platforms if your project’s development hits some limitations of the Arduino platform.

This workshop assumes basic knowledge in C/C++ programming. No previous experience with microcontrollers is expected. Please bring your laptop and install the Arduino environment from https://arduino.cc in advance. We will provide Arduino development boards.

Workshop language: English
