Short CV Keynote Speaker

Per Bækgaard is an Associate Professor and Head of Study of Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence at DTU (Technical University of Denmark) at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. His background contains multiple start-up experiences, established industry work and academia, combining cross-disciplinary collaboration with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, he currently serves in several university wide roles.

Per’s research includes Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence, Eye Tracking, Cognitive Neuroscience and Computational Modeling/Machine Learning of Human-Originated Signals. His work explores how digital systems—including Generative AI—can enhance human experiences, empowering people to achieve what matters most to them.
