The tasks of our Study Organization office essentially cover the planning of time-tables, examinations and room occupancies. The office assigns lecture halls, seminar rooms and laboratories to the regular courses as well as to special events. Rooms may also be let to external parties.
The coordination of contents and schedules is done in close contact with the departments and examination offices. If changes are necessary due to unforeseen events, revised timetables will be put up in time so as to be up to date.
